Mercury Suite Bright w/Pool access by ArcoCollection

it was lovely, but could've done better. I wish I stayed at a resort. Positive: I like the location of the property and I like the facilities around it. It was very luxurious but the apartment could've done better. The host was amazing person he was advising us what to do and answering the call as soon as we need him and send maintenance when we had issues with the boiler or other stuff like the remote of the TV. Negative: there was not enough mirrors in the property. Also there was no vanity desk not enough space and there were no enough towels when we asked for extra towels they said they will charge us €20 which was quite high also upstairs in the pool area you could not get towels. The pool was also not heated and was extremely cold considering the luxurious flat we wish to have a heated pool and be able to swim. also, there was a lot of work going on around the property. A lot of noise was coming whilst we were trying to sun base upstairs because lots of building work is going on around this property.

Positive: L'emplacement toutes et ouvert 24/24 Negative: L'accueil ne peut pas répondre à nos questions en cas de problème. Mal expliqué dans le descriptif qu'il ya que 2 cards de piscine alors que nous étions 3 personnes, la télévision ne fonctionné pas tout le long du séjour. La propriétaire sait mais ne fait rien . L'amabilité de la propriétaire et vraiment pas correct

Great apartment, great facilities, great location, disappointing reception. Positive: Stylish modern apartment. Comfy beds, good shower. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to send cater. Good sized balcony. Well located, close to shops and party scene, but not too noisy. Great pool with good service at the bar with good food and reasonably priced drink. Negative: Slow lifts, for first 2 days only one lift working, and they smelt bad! Poor service at reception, rarely anyone there, a sign up saying "we are attending to another matter" Some building work going on but not invasive on our floor. Sent to wrong place on arrival to get keycard.

Nice building from the outside but inside you have impression like you are on construction field Positive: The location Negative: Building is still under construction. Apartments on the floor are still under construction too. Halls are dirty and full of dust, constructors are in building all day long. We didn't get the right information about using the pool upon reservation.
