Positive: There kitchen is fully equipped. The neighbourhood it noisy (many parties, especially at the weekend) but the windows are keeping the sounds low. If you want to party till late hours, this is a place for you. There are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The agent and the owner texted us back quite quicly when we had any problem. Be aware, that the sofa in the living room is rather for smaller kids, not very comfy for adults. There are 3 swimming pools. There are only two cards for the whole appartment that allow you to enter the pools. First one is in another building, working 8-12 a.m. and you have to book it the day before, giving the exact time you'll be there. Second pool is on the 11th floor - only six sunbeds are there so you may not have any place to sit, but you can swim with a view. Third is on the rooftop - beautifull view. We were told not to take any drinks or food beacause there is a fancy restaurant by the pool so event a bottle of water was banned. The kids were told not to splash water, because the restaurant windows are getting wet. 😉 One hour before closing they tell you every 5 minutes that they are closing in a moment. Fancy place, great view and good spot to observe many half-naked men and women taking lots of photos of themselves. 😉 Negative: Unfortunatelly the window blinds were not working, even though the servicemen came to check it. The dishwasher wasn't working and the sofa in the living room had broken legs. There battery in the vacuum cleaner was dead so the sand was all over the place. The parking is underground, quite busy and paid 24/7. Just two people can enter the pools since you get only two cards, so remember about that, if you travel in a pack of 3 or 4.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and nice. It's fully equipment with everything. The balcony is very big with an comfortable sofa. I can compare with a 4 star hotel. The landlady was very helpful and help us immediately with our needs. We had no time to see the pools from the building. It's very close to the beach, markets, club's and restaurants. It was an amazing experience.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this stay - lots of items were broken in the property - the dishwasher didn’t work and we had to wait in for a whole day for the repair man…The staff at the rooftop pool were very rude and unhelpful and didn’t follow their own published rules. The apartment wasn’t particularly clean, grout in the bathroom was dirty - lots of the furniture was damaged and there was scratches and holes in the wall. The blinds were very poor and many of them were broken. The bin lid was broken, the bedroom door handle was broken.Not what you would expect for this price point.
