Modern flat in St Julian's center byArcoCollection

Comfortable and convenient base for exploring Malta Positive: We arrived at reception quite late in the evening; however, the security is 24hrs and the nice gentleman very kindly led us up to the apartment and showed us how to get around the building complex (since the tower has offices on the lower floors, entry/exit is via the courtyard during office hours). The apartment is spacious and very clean, with expansive views over the rooftops out to the sea. All of the rooms have independent climate control, as well as loads of hangers and wardrobe space. The bathrooms have excellent water pressure and are stocked with nice hand soap and shower gel (didn't try the shampoo, but it's all the same brand). The kitchen has mostly new appliances along with plenty of dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, and spare bin liners. The combination washer/dryer is new and works great. The beds and pillows are all memory foam. Travelling with children, we made good use of the kitchen and appreciated the large fridge with a door-in-the-door for our many, many beverages. When we weren't going out, we really liked being able to spread out and each have our own space (sofa in the TV area, sofa by the balcony, dining table, balcony table) whilst still being able to stay in essentially the same room. Very conveniently, there is a decent-sized supermarket on the ground floor, an asian supermarket across the street, and a well-priced convenience store about a block and a half away. Whilst there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks, in the building is an Italian restaurant Le Majoliche that we got takeaway from whenever the kids didn't want to eat out. It was so good that we kept going back and close enough that the food was still hot when it got to the apartment (we strongly recommend the Fettuccine all'Astice). Negative: Nothing.

Positive: All new furniture, and very comfy beds, great location. Was all perfect. The manager approved us to get earlier in the appartment,before check in hours, because we arrived early in the morning, and that is one thing we really appreciated the most. Building is very modern, it is easy to communicate with manager, all instructions were easy to understand, and this is one of the better appartments we have ever rented as group of friends who is traveling together. Kitchen has everything you need, batrooms too. One room even had tred mill. People were very very kind, and our Malta experience was great, and this great apartment has good amount of credits for that! All was amazing, no bad issues at all.

Top with some.missing details! Positive: Clean,modern apartement with gorges view !!!,closer to supermarkets,200 metri for the beach,bus station,stores,everyting was top! Negative: Small Soap and was only 1 ,no refuill. Adviced : please ,refuill the bathrooms in all the necessary hygiene items in the future! The apartments has everithing that you need .(bring with you european charger )in Malta ,they use english ones.

Perfect stay in St Julian's Positive: Loved our stay here! The apartment was bright, super clean, and had plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable, and the showers were great. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!
