Positive: Tökéletes az elhelyezkedése, patyolat tiszta volt minden! Minden szükséges infót, segítséget megkaptam a tulajtól! A tetőterasz gyönyörű, minden nagyon igényes! Negative: A kihúzható vendégágy kényelmetlen, nyikorog, egy francia ágy helyette jó ötlet volna, de ezt leszámítva tökéletes

Komfortabel wohnen nah am Zentrum aber ruhig Positive: die Wohnung und das Treppenhaus incl Fahestuhl sind toll renoviert, haben aber noch traditionelle Elemente, wie Fliesenboden. Wohnraum sehr geräumig und hell mit vielen Fenstern. Fahrstuhl geht direkt in die Wohnung. Die Kirche nebenan läutet zwar oft, stört aber nicht Negative: Die beworbene Terrasse ist eine Gemeinschftsanlage und liegt 2 Etagen darüber, davon eine per Fahrstuhl, die letzt zu Fuß, das ist für ein Frühstück oder Lunch etwas unbequem. Der große Schlafraum mit Bad liegt im fensterlosen Bereich der Wohnung.

Our second stay here and will be returning! Positive: The apartment is extremely spacious and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The original floor tiles and balconies are beautiful. It's every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest. This was our second stay in 4 months to the apartment and we wouldn't look to stay anywhere else on future trips. Contact from Martina at the agency who manages the apartment is excellent and instructions and door codes are sent in good time. The apartment is spotlessly clean throughout. We didn't use the shared roof terrace on this visit as it was February and dark by the time we got back each day, but if we'd had time we would be happy to spend time there. We love the location as well as the apartment. The walk to the entrance gate of Valletta centre takes less than 15 minutes and its a beautiful walk through The Mall gardens which are well lit and feel safe at night. There is a café opposite the apartment to grab a pastry and coffee for breakfast and the restaurants in the centre are reached in just over 15 minutes. We love the restaurant Balzunetta, its a 5 minute walk. Great atmosphere outside in summer / autumn and relaxed casual atmosphere inside in winter, amazing food. The Spar supermarket in the centre opens until late (just factor in the distance back to the apartment to carry shopping). There is a small shop 5 minutes walk away where you can get bread, milk and some food items. Floriana is a beautiful area in itself. To catch buses you have bus stops 5 minutes walk away, you don't need to walk all the way to the bus station. Negative: There is absolutely nothing we didn't like but just a couple of things I would make people aware of. As mentioned by others, you will hear the bells from Saint Publius church (it's right across the street), including late at night and early in the morning (shutting the bedroom door helps) but this did not put us off booking a second visit. We ate out every evening, but if you are planning on cooking for yourself there is no dish to use in the oven and no salad bowl. Everything that is in the kitchen is of good quality. As its rented out by an agency you don't get anything like that useful bit of tin foil that's been left by a previous visitor!

Positive: apartament przestronny, jasny, klimatyzowany w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji; dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jadalnie, dwie przestronne łazienki, pralka i suszarka; wifi, smart tv w wygodnym salonie ... Negative: podobnie jak w innych opiniach muszę zwrócić uwagę na nieco dokuczliwe otoczenie - obok budynku znajduje się bardzo ładny zabytkowy kościół, w którym dość aktywne są dwie dzwonnice - na domiar złego w trakcie naszego pobytu trafiliśmy na święto kościelne, co przełożyło się na bardzo częste bicie głośnych dzwonów, także w nocy!
