Negative: We were really disappointed with our stay. While the apartment itself was clean and perfectly adequate, the facilities were very misleading. The biggest issue was the swimming pool. We specifically booked this apartment because it advertised a pool, but it was never made clear during the booking process that, although the apartment accommodates four people, only two pool access cards are included. We were then expected to pay an extra €30 per person per day for the remaining two access cards, which felt completely unreasonable and should have been clearly disclosed before booking. To make matters worse, the pool itself is absolutely tiny for the size of the apartment complex and has a maximum capacity of just 30 people. Every morning you have to queue at reception from 9am in the hope of getting a place, and even then there's no guarantee you'll get in. The reception staff didn't help the situation either. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and often late opening reception, meaning guests were left waiting unnecessarily before even having the chance to queue for pool access. Overall, we paid for accommodation believing we would have access to a swimming pool, but in reality it was almost impossible to use. Had the booking been transparent about the additional charges and severe restrictions on pool access, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this property based on our experience.

Pobyt przebiegł pomyślnie. Jesteśmy wraz z rodziną zadowoleni. Positive: Przestrzeń dość duża, bardzo przestronny apartament z full wyposażeniem. Negative: Bardzo głośna, rozrywkowa okolica. Nie ma spokoju aż do 24. Także, jeżeli ktoś szuka spokoju, to na pewno nie jest miejsce dla niego. Wszędzie kluby czy restauracje z głośną muzyką.
