DON'T RECOMMEND IT! RUDE STAFF AND DIRTY PLACE! Negative: I DONT RECOMMEND IT! Very rude staff and dirty place! They also dont issue invoices and lie about it! I discovered visible bloodstains on the mattress of the bed used during the stay. This indicates that the mattress had not been properly cleaned, inspected, or replaced prior to my stay, which is wholly unacceptable and constitutes a serious hygiene and health breach. Upon discovering this, I was extremely distressed and informed the property manager immediately, explaining that I was disgusted and unable to sleep. I did not sleep that night due to the shock and discomfort caused by this discovery. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, the property manager responded in a rude, dismissive, and accusatory manner, stating that I was lying. Such conduct is unacceptable, particularly when a guest raises a legitimate hygiene concern. Rather than investigating or apologizing, the manager escalated the situation through confrontation and denial, causing additional distress. Moreover, prior to arrival, I explicitly requested an invoice. After checkout, despite repeated requests, the property refused to issue an invoice, stating that they are “waiting for my review first”. This is entirely improper, retaliatory, and in clear violation of standard commercial and consumer obligations. The issuance of an invoice cannot be made conditional on a guest’s review.

Stylish & spacious apartment in the heart of Valletta Positive: Incredible position right in the heart of the city. Exquisite interiors with thoughtful design and everything you could possibly need. Huge rooms and comfortable beds. Gorgeous stone balcony looking out over the historic streets and skyline (there’s even a view of the dome). Amazingly quiet at night considering its location. 24h convenience store seconds walk from the front door with superb selection of food/drink etc. Would stay here again without hesitation. Perfect in every way. Negative: Electrics were inconsistent (my phone and hair straighteners wouldn’t work in some sockets) otherwise we had an exceptional stay, and couldn’t fault the place.

Really lovely apartment steps from the main square. The apartment layout ensures that even though there may be a bit of noise from the street, you can’t hear it in either bedroom. Also, you can’t hear anything from the adjacent bedroom, which is great if someone snores. :)There’s a SPAR (large, nice convenience store) 2 blocks away. I can’t think of a better location if you’re looking to stay in central Valletta. Communication was easy and check-in was a breeze.

Positive: This place is absolutely amazing, such a wonderful way to finish our holiday. Such a wonderful host, Martina, was. The apartment was located in the heart of everything. Beautiful restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips. The apartment was so spacious and had everything you could ask for... highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Malta.
